Tacos are made from scratch organic corn tortillas, using meats and vegetables from our farm, local cheese, and house made salsa. Taco choices: smoked pork, chicken, chorizo, seasonal veggie, mushroom, refried bean.

Tamales are made with organic corn masa, house made chili sauce, and our fresh meats, veggies, and local cheese! We always have one meat tamale (smoked pork, chicken verde) and one vegan (pesto bean, 3-sisters) depending on the week.

Pozole is a spicy soup made with hominy, smoked pork or chicken, dried chili peppers, fresh herbs and seasonal veggies.
